Firstly, we will work with you to better understand what you're looking for in your new position. We will discuss hours, pay, benefits, and duties you're willing and able to perform. Along with that, we love to learn about your values, hobbies, and interests to place you with the family you will love. We strive to find the best match for our care providers to ensure a positive, long-lasting working relationship.

After you've found your perfect family, we will work with you and the family to build a Nanny-Family Employment Agreement and handle all salary and benefit negotiations. We ensure that your expectations, benefits, compensation, etc. are thoroughly outlined Throughout your time with the family, we will continue to serve as a source of support and advice for you, should you need it.

For all of the positions with our agency, part-time or full-time, we ensure that our families are offering average market salary, guaranteed hours, paid holidays, paid time off, etc.

Nanny Requirements

To be considered for any of our positions, all candidates must;

Be First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to renew if expired)
Have at least four years of professional childcare experience
Have at least three excellent prior-employer, childcare-related references
Must have a detailed, childcare-focused resume outlining your experience and qualifications
Strong communication and interview skills
Be legal to work in the U.S.
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Have a clear background check
Have some college education and/or certifications (depending on family preference)

Please note: Some families may have more requirements for their family specifically (i.e. bachelors or masters degree, Flu/Covid vaccinations, fluency in foreign languages, etc.). These additional requirements would be listed specifically in each job posting.
